New Delhi (India), June 3: Mr. Narsi Kularia moved to Mumbai from a village near Bikaner, Rajasthan, with a Grade 10 degree in hand, and he gradually and meticulously built the 700 Crores Empire he now leads from scratch. Narsi Group are the largest turnkey Interior Fit-out Service Providers in India, with over 4000 team members comprising Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Administrators and skilled artisans.
In 1981, when he set out on his career path, India’s Interior Industry was at a primitive stage; it was the large oil companies that could afford large-scale Interior designing. This is where Mr. Kularia, at that time, polished his abilities to deliver what only a few could.
An opportunity to work in West Asia came in 1983, and Narsi jumped on it. His track record of honesty, consistency and timely project delivery was useful. He came back to Mumbai in 1985 with fresh ideas and a stronger foundation.
In 1986, Mr. Narsi established his company, Narsi and Associates, and his first project in India was the Lubrizol plant in Navi Mumbai, and he soon began to undertake more projects. But it was the opening of the Indian economy, the boom in the IT and corporate industries in the early ‘90s that saw many domestic contractors moving on the positive wave of real estate development, and there was no looking back.
Thus, from offering administrations to little scope destinations to now constructing independent assembling offices and executing first-class anticipates for ITPO Complex ( Delhi ), Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Reliance Industries, Google and many more, Mr Narsi places incredible significance on the quality of work/products, timely completion/delivery of projects, and a clear focus on good service. But he places personal and professional integrity above all else – honesty with oneself and one’s staff, clients and suppliers, architects and associates.
Contributed to Bharat Ke Veer an amount of Rs.21 Lacs towards the Martyred Soldiers in the Pulwama Attack.
Narsi Group, in association with the Furniture and Fitting Skill Council, has been arranging a skill training program on a PAN India basis.
The issue of unskilled labour could be a challenge our nation should strive to resolve. Narsi Group trains unskilled labour to become independent entrepreneurs and extend employment opportunities to them. To be ready to do that on a bigger scale and reach these workers remotely, we’ve got busy with the government’s Skill India initiative. We have experience in training and certifying nearly 300-400 workers quarterly within our dedicated 2,000 square measure of space for skill development at the manufacturing facility at Turbhe.
